His work has been showcased in numerous solo and group exhibitions across New York and New Jersey, captivating audiences with its dynamic energy and profound narratives.
Lewis's eclectic style defies conventional categorization, blending elements of expressionism, figurative abstraction, and an outsider-art sensibility. His distinctive loose brushwork infuses each piece with movement and emotion. In 2019, Lewis established the KJL Art Sanctuary Gallery & Studio in Ewing, New Jersey. This space serves as both his creative haven and a communal hub where art lovers, collectors, and the local community can engage with his evolving body of work year-round. The gallery reflects his deep spiritual connection to God, an integral aspect of his creative process, which he approaches with openness and gratitude.
