KJL Art Sanctuary Gallery & Studio – Shipping Policy

All packages are shipped via UPS using standard packing rates and materials, which are included in the shipping charges. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

For larger items that require freight shipping, special arrangements will be made. UPS size limits determine when an item must be shipped via freight. Currently, any package exceeding 150 lbs, 108 inches in length, or 165 inches in length plus girth requires freight shipping.

Shipping for Large Canvases:

• Canvases larger than 36" x 48" can be removed from their stretcher bars and shipped in a tube.

• A $125 credit will be applied to the artwork cost to cover the expense of restretching upon receipt.

Processing & Delivery:

• Original artwork ships within 3-5 business days after full payment is received.

• A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.
