Art Display Program

RENTAL PACKAGES & PRICING

Standard Display Package (Up to 5 Paintings)

  • Total Fee: $750

  • Includes setup, handling,  and 4 hours of display time

  • Additional time: $100 per hour

Medium Display Package (6-10 Paintings)

  • Total Fee: $1,000

  • Includes setup, handling,, and 4 hours of display time

  • Additional time: $100 per hour

Large Display Package (11-15 Paintings)

  • Total Fee: $1,500

  • Includes setup, handling,, and 4 hours of display time

  • Additional time: $100 per hour

Corporate & High-End Events Package

  • Total Fee: $2,500+ (custom pricing based on event needs)

  • Includes consultation, premium placement, lighting adjustments, and up to 6 hours of display

  • Additional time: $150 per hour

ADDITIONAL FEES

  • Flat Travel Fee $100  (Beyond 30 Miles Round Trip): $200

  • Special Placement & Custom Setup Requests: $250+ (varies per request)

  • Extended Event Time: $100 per additional hour

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Full payment is required at the time of contract signing.

    • No deposits or holds will be accepted.

    • Cancellations made within 3 days of signing are eligible for a full refund.

    • No refunds will be issued after 3 days of contract signing.

  2. LIABILITY & INSURANCE

    • The Artist maintains insurance coverage for transportation and handling.

    • The Renter assumes full responsibility for any damages or loss of artwork during the event.

    • Artwork must be displayed in a secure environment, free from excessive handling, food, drink, or potential hazards.

  3. DISPLAY & INSTALLATION

    • The Artist (or assigned personnel) is responsible for the installation and removal of all artwork.

    • The Renter may not reposition, alter, or move any artwork without written consent from the Artist.
